Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund. Established in 2017, SIRC is committed to achieving the environmental and sustainability objectives outlined in the Kingdom's Vision 2030 through advancing waste management practices, promoting recycling initiatives, conserving natural resources, and shifting to a circular economy.

With an aim to pursue business opportunities across the entire waste management value chain, SIRC intends to establish partnerships with local entities, attract foreign investments, and leverage innovative technologies to maximize waste recycling while minimizing waste disposal. By doing so, SIRC endeavors to generate maximum value from waste utilization, protect the environment, and enhance the quality of life for all citizens.
